In the current market, more than 100.000 Blesh beacon devices are deployed for more than 250 brands in Turkey. Blesh has partnered and worked with industry leaders like Google, Samsung, Intel, Volkswagen, Denizbank, Türkiye İş Bankası and Migros.
Integrating its platform with 300+ apps and reaching 25 Million SDK downloads, Blesh has its beacons deployed in leading retail chains, airports, bank branches and ATMs, subway stations, more than 200 malls, cafés and restaurants, office buildings and university campuses.
Blesh is an Apple-licensee, a Samsung Enterprise Application Silver Partner and the first Turkish member in Bluetooth SIG. Blesh has contributed to the new Bluetooth standardization and has participated as an “Innovator” in SIG’s Bluetooth World Event in San Jose, California, in April 2014. As the first official provider of Google’s Physical Web beacons and one of the few authorized sellers of the Eddystone beacon format, an open beacon format also by Google, Blesh has formed a network of more than 3.000 developers worldwide.
Founded by Devrim Sonmez, Ugur Gokdere and Selcuk Kizilkaya, Blesh received its first funding by angel investors Turgut Gursoy, Emre Berkin, Kemal Ciliz and Ali Sabanci in 2014 and received $4M Series A funding in 2016. The Series A round was led by TRPE Capital. The company currently employs a team of 30 professionals excelled in mobile technologies and business management.
